1. Position: Cyber Incident & Response Engineer

  • Location: Addis Ababa

Job Summary:

The Cyber Security-Incident Response Engineer is responsible for developing cyber incident techniques, tactics, and guidelines for the Bank. This role involves identifying, detecting, analyzing, triaging, scoping, containing, isolating, and providing guidance for remediation, and determining the root cause of cybersecurity incidents. The role holder will also investigate and resolve information security incidents, provide post-incident reports, and proactively monitor networks, alerts, and logs for security, performance, and other issues. Coordination and guidance on cyber-related risks throughout the Bank are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISA, CISM, CCSP, CISSP, Security+, SSCP, OSCP, and Cisco-related certifications (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE) are advantageous.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience as a software engineer, with a proven track record of developing various software systems and taking on increasing responsibilities.

2. Position: Branch Relationship Manager I – Hikmah-IFB

Job Summary:

The Branch Relationship Manager I is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling business development activities within the branch team in the assigned region. This role includes attracting, deepening, and managing financial relationships to meet deposit and loan growth goals and promoting and selling other products and services of the Bank.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.

3. Position: Branch Relationship Manager I – Alif IFB Branch

  • Location: Under Jimma District

Job Summary:

The Branch Relationship Manager I – IFB is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling business development activities within the branch team. This includes attracting, deepening, and managing financial relationships with IFB customers to meet deposit and investment financing growth goals, managing customer expectations, and providing business advice.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field. A diploma/certificate in Islamic Banking Finance or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and ability to foster teamwork.
  • Expertise in strategic management, project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
