Position: Future Leadership Trainee
Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates (2023/2024 graduates only) with a good CGPA.
- Age: Under 28 years old.
- Must be fluent in English and Afaan Oromo, including listening, speaking, and writing, and be able to accurately translate one language into another.
- Must live around Furi and Sebeta Kebele 08.
- Experience: 0 years/fresh graduate.
Qualifications:
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to function within a team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive work habits that are conducive to company growth.
- Partner with key mentors throughout the program.
- Show perseverance and hard work to overcome challenges.
- Execute other tasks as assigned.
