Job Description:
Kuriftu Resorts & Spa, a renowned brand under Boston Partners PLC, is offering an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates to fast-track their careers through a specialized leadership development program. As a Trainee Manager, you will gain in-depth expertise in a specific department, such as Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Finance, or Human Resources.
Role Overview:
- Specialization: Work closely with experienced managers and executives in a specific department to understand its operations, processes, and challenges.
- Training: Receive mentorship and guidance to develop essential skills and knowledge.
- Post-Training: After completing the program, you will be assigned to a department at one of Kuriftu Resorts’ locations, where you will continue to apply your skills and contribute to the resort’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support department managers with daily tasks.
- Understand the department’s processes and goals.
- Provide administrative support.
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives within your department.
- Assist in performance evaluations through data analysis and report writing.
- Track business revenue and identify growth opportunities within your department.
- Conduct research to improve profitability and mitigate risks.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Accounting and Finance, or Management.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and computational abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
- A genuine desire to learn and grow.
