1. Store Clerk and Document Facilitator
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement/Logistics and Supply Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly Windows, Word, and Excel.
Experience:
- 1 year of experience in a merchandising company or related factory in the material management area.
- Knowledge of relevant warehouse policies and procedures.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Verify documents with goods delivered to the warehouse, prepare Goods Receiving Voucher (GRV) as per orders from the Store Keeper, Warehouse Coordinator, or Assistant Warehouse Coordinator, and ensure approval by the Warehouse Team Leader.
- Authenticate customer documents from the warehouse and sign them with appropriate authority.
- Prepare Store Issue Voucher (SIV) and GRV only as ordered by the Warehouse Coordinator or Assistant Warehouse Coordinator.
- Immediately update the bin card upon receiving or withdrawing items from the store.
- Properly prepare, sign, and distribute GRV and SIV documents to relevant departments on time.
- Ensure stock accuracy, proper issuing and receiving, and maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Assist in the development of procedures, work instructions, and quality system documents.
- Provide a safe and healthful work environment in line with the company’s SHE policy.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly store reports based on GRN, SIV documents, and physical balances.
- Perform minor warehouse tasks and assist with major jobs as assigned.
- Comply with Standard Operating Procedures and maintain good working relationships with managers and peers.
