1. Quality Assurance / Quality Controller
Location: Addis Ababa

Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality standards for inspection and testing.
- Document and report on product or service quality levels.
- Communicate with other departments to resolve quality issues.
Quality Controller:
- Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain quality control documentation and records.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Laboratory Technician, Chemistry, Management.
- Experience: Not required.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in quality assurance software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with development teams and other stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
2. Store Keeper
Location: Addis Ababa
Required No.: 2
Salary Range: 10,000 ETB
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, including receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
- Receiving and Inspecting Deliveries: Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report them to accounting for reimbursements and record-keeping.
- Stock Organization: Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring it is clean and orderly.
- Documentation: Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- Audits and Reporting: Conduct regular audits to ensure that the store is functionally efficient and report on inventory levels.
- Handling Freight: Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.
- Customer Service: Assist customers and staff with locating items and provide information about stock availability.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent in Accounting. Additional qualifications in Logistics or Inventory Management are a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., Excel).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
