Position: Branch Manager I

Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the operations of a branch office. The role involves ensuring that all staff adhere to the Bank’s operating procedures, rules, code of practices, regulatory directives, and applicable laws. The Branch Manager will also coordinate sales and business development efforts, lead customer service initiatives, and guide branch operational excellence. Additional responsibilities include preparing and submitting the branch’s annual budget, work plans, activity reports, and progress reports. The Branch Manager will actively engage with the community and business leaders to promote the Bank’s services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in banking, including at least one (1) year as a Customer Services Manager or in an equivalent role.
Required Competencies and Skills:
- Excellent team-building and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong knowledge of modern management techniques
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to set and manage sales targets and production goals
