Abay Bank invites qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following vacant positions:


1. Branch Manager – Grade 1

  • Location: Batu Branch
  • Skill and Educational Background:
  • Education: BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 6 years of work experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

2. Senior Auditor

  • Location: Head Office
  • Skill and Educational Background:
  • Education: BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of work experience in banking operations. Experience in performance audit is advantageous.

3. Customer Service Supervisor – Grade 1

  • Location: Arsi Negele Branch
  • Skill and Educational Background:
  • Education: Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations.

  • Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale.
