Position: Junior Customer Service Specialist
Skill and Educational Background:
- Education: Graduate of Year 2024 & 2023 with BA in Procurement and Supplies, Purchasing, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, and other related fields.
- GPA: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
- Age: ≤ 25
- Additional Requirement: Exit Exam is required for 2023 G.C fresh graduates.
Essential Functions:
- Prepare different utility and maintenance payment orders.
- Follow up on different maintenance works.
- Record any general service duties in a log book.
- Encode data in fuel management system software.
- Assist with budget preparation.
- Assist in monitoring fuel consumption.
- Assist in supervising fleet management.
- Perform other related duties as required.
