Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Implement security measures to safeguard company data.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support IT-related needs.
- Design and create graphics, videos, and other multimedia content using tools like Photoshop and video graphics design software.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Degree in Computer Science & IT, Software Engineering, or any related field.
- Skills in video and graphics design, E-Commerce platform development, social media marketing content development, mobile application development, cloud computing, software development, computer networking, animation, and Photoshop.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience as an IT Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and databases.
- Proficiency in graphic design, Photoshop, and video graphics design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
