Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator (PC) will be responsible and accountable for overall project management and coordination, quality programming and results achievement, financial management and compliance, project team management, stakeholder and partner relations, and donor deliverables. Feminist principles of collaboration, participation, transparency, and respect for the agency of women’s organizations will be integrated into all aspects of this role. The PC will develop deep and meaningful partnerships with government structures at various levels, service providers, different work units of PIE, as well as WLOs and local partners at grassroots levels, to enhance the project’s outreach and intended objectives. The PC will also build and maintain links, partnerships, and networks with government bodies to enhance sustainability and ensure evidence generated by the project can scale and influence broader GBV prevention and responses.
