Position: Senior Finance Officer (Grant/Contract)
Salary: As per the Oxfam benefit package
Skill and Educational Background:
- Degree in Accounting or MA in Finance from a recognized university/college.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a finance role, preferably in an international NGO.
- Experience in project financial management, reporting, and partner management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity to cultural differences.
- Good command of computing skills (MS Word, MS Excel) and other internal software systems.
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptive to changing working requirements.
- Knowledge of or eagerness to learn various accounting software, with special emphasis on the Oxfam financial management system.
- Good spoken and written English and Amharic.
