Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare/review Bills of Quantities, baseline work schedules, completion reports, and monthly reports.
- Prepare and maintain budgets, estimates, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports.
- Verify and certify consultants’ and contractors’ interim applications for payment and issue payment certificates.
- Review and assess consultants’ and contractors’ claims.
- Be able to mobilize and work in Degahbour Town within 7 days.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with a good mastery of mathematics and Excel skills.
- Minimum of 6 years of Office Engineer experience in the construction business.
- A BSc in cost estimation or a relevant major is required.
