Office Engineer at CCECC

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare/review Bills of Quantities, baseline work schedules, completion reports, and monthly reports.
  • Prepare and maintain budgets, estimates, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports.
  • Verify and certify consultants’ and contractors’ interim applications for payment and issue payment certificates.
  • Review and assess consultants’ and contractors’ claims.
  • Be able to mobilize and work in Degahbour Town within 7 days.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with a good mastery of mathematics and Excel skills.
  • Minimum of 6 years of Office Engineer experience in the construction business.
  • A BSc in cost estimation or a relevant major is required.
