1. Position: Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our ride-hailing services.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email newsletters.
  • Monitor and manage our social media accounts, including posting updates, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events, partnerships, and community outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for growth.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.

2. Position: External Sales Agents

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential riders and drivers within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of our ride-hailing services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and communities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives by signing up new riders and drivers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Attend local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to promote our brand.

Qualifications:

  • Open to candidates from any educational background with no experience required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
