Job Summary
The Senior Customer Service Officer is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, increasing the customer base, and providing relevant feedback to sales teams for service improvement. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service and technical support, maintaining positive customer/staff relationships, and handling all customer inquiries efficiently.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure daily sales activities are performed properly.
- Consistently coach, coordinate, and monitor the sales team.
- Ensure sales deals are executed by the sales team as per standard delivery time.
- Work towards improving customer experience during sales and acquisition processes.
- Perform after-sale follow-up via telephone calls, emails, and customer visits.
- Coach sales staff on sales techniques, strategies, and tactics.
- Handle all customer inquiries and communicate with customers through various channels.
- Capture all customer feedback channels and deliver information about company offerings.
- Provide proactive customer outreach and resolve customer complaints and feedback.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers’ accounts through open communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about customers using the right methods/tools.
- Develop operating procedures for digital marketing products sold by the sales team.
- Provide digital marketing support to the sales team.
- Facilitate the digitalization of the customer journey and customer experience.
- Periodically monitor the performance of products sold to customers.
- Follow up on the company’s sales performance daily and the overall digital channel function, and generate reports.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualification
- BA degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, or other relevant fields from a recognized college or university.
- 3+ years of related work experience.

- Ability to work with and through people.
