1. Position: Marketing Manager
Job Purpose:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role involves managing the marketing team, analyzing market trends, and overseeing marketing campaigns to ensure the company’s services and products are effectively promoted. The Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and contributing to the company’s growth and success.
Basic Qualifications & Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis:
- Analyze current market trends for chargers, power banks, headsets, and related products.
- Evaluate customer preferences and the competitive landscape.
- Identify potential market opportunities and threats through data analysis.
Customer Surveys:
- Design and conduct surveys and interviews with existing and potential customers.
- Gather and analyze insights into customer needs, preferences, and feedback.
- Use survey data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
SWOT Analysis:
- Perform detailed analyses of the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Provide actionable insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
Market Segmentation:
- Identify and segment target customer groups based on demographic, geographic, and psychographic factors.
- Develop tailored marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage different customer segments.
Market Strategies/Recommendations:
- Develop strategic recommendations based on market assessment findings.
- Enhance market positioning, product offerings, and customer engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic recommendations.
Other Activities:
- Assign sales territory, target groups, and sales quotas.
- Coordinate sales activities with other work units or departments.
- Prepare and submit plans, budgets, progress reports, and annual sales reports.
- Manage human resource functions e.g. hiring, training, and performance reviews.
- Research competitors’ products/services.
- Develop goals and objectives, projects and priorities and assign them to Sales Managers.
- Develop and conduct sales campaigns, as well as marketing and promotional plans.
- May perform duties of Sales Managers as well.
2. Position: Import Export Manager
Job Purpose:
The Import/Export Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the import-export logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes. The manager should possess an in-depth knowledge of customs rules and regulations and all other related requirements of an import and export process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute import/export strategies in compliance with domestic and international trade laws and regulations.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and customers for import/export transactions.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and customers, ensuring favorable terms and circumstances.
- Coordinate and monitor the overall import/export process, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
- Analyze market trends and economic factors to identify new import/export opportunities.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze import/export costs, tariffs, and taxes to optimize financial performance.
- Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations and tariffs to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and sales, to ensure smooth import/export operations.
- Prepare and submit import/export reports, documents, and records accurately and promptly.
- Manage the company’s shipping operations, including scheduling appointments with shipping companies and filing customs paperwork.
- Manage inventory by monitoring the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse to ensure that they are properly stored and accounted for.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers of raw materials or manufacturers who use the company’s products and work with clients at the receiver end.
- Develop and implement import/export strategies that support the company’s business goals and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
Basic Qualifications & Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in import/export operations, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of international trade laws, customs regulations, and documentation processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with international partners.
- Proficient in using import/export software and tools.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
