Job Description:
To lead, motivate, coach, and monitor an Area Sales Team, Key Distributors, Distribution Partners of Distributors, and their crew. Manage the sales team(s) to execute the sales plans in a manner that delivers sustainable growth, sales volume, market share, and competitive advantage to deliver business goals and strategies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our retail partners in your designated area. You’ll lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, implement marketing strategies, and identify new business opportunities. With your strategic mindset and customer-centric approach, you’ll play a key role in expanding our market share and maximizing revenue.
