1: Safety & Security Assistant
Skill and Educational Background:
- Associate Degree or its International Equivalent in Security Management, Information Management, Business Administration, Political/Social Science, or International Relations with a focus on Security Management or other relevant education.
- 0-2 years of progressively responsible experience in investigation, military, police, and security management, preferably in a police or military context or related area.
- Previous experience in a similar role with another organization is preferred.
- Fluent in the local language (Somali) and excellent in English.
- Good knowledge of the local context.
- Unbiased in their analysis.
Travel Requirements:
- 50% throughout the designated Zone.

2: Finance & Admin. Officer
Skill and Educational Background:
- 3-5 years of experience providing progressively responsible accounting, finance, and operational management experience in a government contracting environment coupled with internal control reviews.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar subject area.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and HRIS/Payroll systems.
- Vocational or specialized training desired.
- Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO) is desirable but not required.
- Fluent in the local language and excellent in English.
