Description:
- Adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Exchange bank details with clients, receive shipping instructions, and draft LC.
- Forward specifications to operations for coffee preparation.
- Ensure coffee is already at the warehouse.
- Ensure the client’s approval of coffee.
- Process certificates.
- Receive permits and forward them to transitors along with shipping instructions and invoices.
- Follow up, facilitate, and secure certificates (quality, phytosanitary, fumigation, etc.).
- Work with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practices across the company.
- Follow up and receive staffing reports and request BOL.
- Receive and confirm BOL with the shipping line.
- Proofread documents upon request.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, IT, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in an Import Export Company.
