Given the continued growth and future expansion of Dashen Breweries, the following opportunity exists:

Position: Regional Distributor Supervisor

Skill and Educational Background:

BA degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, Economics, or related fields
Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG environment
First-line sales management in a major consumer goods company ideal
Demonstrated successful track record in market share capture, market penetration, brand building, customer service and satisfaction, and volume growth

Key Competency & Behavioral Skill:

Ability to demonstrate successes in leading, building, and developing a team
IT literacy and the ability to handle electronic data; advanced Word and Excel skills
Fluent in Amharic with a strong command of written and spoken English

Top Accountabilities:

Ensure distributors sign and comply with all the terms of engagement in their contract
Performance management of distributors, holding them to their contractual terms
Develop and implement joint business plans between Dashen and key distributors
Deliver/ensure demand forecast accuracy
Ensure weekly and monthly containers, full goods, and payment reconciliation
Ensure efficient collaboration with stakeholder departments (SO&P, Customer Service, Finance)
Prepare monthly P&L account, balance sheet, and cash flow statement of distributors
Ensure distribution trucks deliver door-to-door delivery service
Prepare annual business plans, implement, and review monthly to achieve objectives
Use the H&S policies as standards to guide business operations
