1. Branch Manager I for Shakiso Branch

Job Description:
The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of the Shakiso branch. They will ensure adherence to operating procedures, rules, and regulations of the bank and the country’s laws. The Branch Manager will coordinate sales/business development efforts and lead customer service initiatives, guiding the branch to operational excellence. Responsibilities also include preparing and submitting annual budgets, work plans, and progress reports, and participating in community activities to promote bank services.

Location:
Shakiso Branch

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., accounting, management, economics, business administration)
  • Minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory position

2. Customer Service Manager I for Cheleleketu Branch

Job Description:
The Customer Service Manager will support the Branch Manager in coordinating all activities of Customer Service Officers (Maker/Checkers) and Senior Customer Service Officer (Cash/Accounts) within the Cheleleketu branch. They will ensure operational excellence to deliver exemplary services and support the bank’s growth.

Cheleleketu Town

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., accounting, management, economics, business administration)
  • Minimum of six (6) years banking experience

Job Description:

They will ensure operational excellence to deliver exemplary services and support the bank’s growth.

Location:
Hawassa Town

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., accounting, management, economics, business administration)
  • Minimum of six (6) years banking experience
