Duties & Responsibilities
- Represent the company’s products and services using consumer research and comprehensive knowledge of how our products meet the needs of customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share for our detergent products.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.
Job Requirements
- Age: Under 27 years old

- Familiarize yourself with each area and route of Dire Dawa city, able to accept long-term outdoor work.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic, including listening, speaking, and writing, and the ability to accurately translate one language into another.
- College degree or above.
- More than 1 year of work experience in the fast-selling industry.
