1: Process Team Leader
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation of designated equipment within the Syrup, Water & Waste Water Treatment plant, and Testing Room Facilities.
- Supervise calibration and maintenance program activities for the Syrup, Water & Waste Water Treatment plant, and Testing Room Facilities.
- Support the QC clearance processes for raw materials, including sampling, testing, and submission to the onsite Test Room Facility where required.
- Closely supervise the GMP of the plants and syrup and water production volume and quality.
- Support greater Quality Team Facilities, functions, and resources where required.
- Ensure sustainability of all initiatives within the defined unit.
- Comply with SHEQ requirements.
- Coach & Mentor the team.
Skill and Educational Background:
- First Degree in Food Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields of study.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Food Processing.
- Applicants must be Ethiopian citizens.
