1. Position: Packaging Workshop Head
Job Summary:
Lead all mechanical project works, machine installation, pipeline maintenance, repair and replacement, and pipeline insulation work throughout the factory to ensure proper operation according to design and specifications.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure repairs, replacements, adjustments, tuning, and lubricating follow technical equipment manuals.
- Interpret mechanical designs and maintenance manuals for necessary alignments and adjustments.
- Follow up and confirm proper utilization of resources for all workshops.
- Ensure availability of consumable materials for all workshops, plan purchase requests with team leaders.
- Monitor repair and maintenance works for time, efficiency, standard, and cost perspectives.
- Control and confirm implementation of company rules and regulations in the section.
- Ensure machinery and mechanical equipment maintenance, adjustment, and monitoring to identify causes of errors or defects.
- Lead preparation of preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Ensure workplace health & safety protocols are properly practiced through effective coordination with the Health & Safety Coordinator.
- Ensure the 5S organization, PPE usage, and proper fleet usage for all external workshops.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Education: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electricity/Electronic Technology or related fields.
- Experience: 6 years of relevant work experience.
Other Skills:
- Problem-solving & communication skills.
- Computer skills.
- 3rd-grade driving license.
- Basic English writing/reading/listening/speaking.
