1: Security Guard – I (Female)
Purpose of the Job:
To support the Bank’s operations by maintaining the safety and security of the organization and its personnel, ensuring secure customer services in a welcoming environment.
Generic Functions:
- Patrolling and securing the area, ensuring the protection of properties and facilities.
- Authorizing the entrance of people and vehicles.
- Reporting any suspicious behaviors and incidents.
Specific Functions:
- Averting inventory losses by reporting missing items, inconsistencies, and damaged property.
- Using radio or other communication devices in a clear and concise manner, if appropriate.
- Preparing written reports of daily activities, observations, and incidents.
- Handling other related duties as required.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Qualification 1: 8th Grade Complete
- Experience: Two years of relevant experience in Military/Police service.
- Qualification 2: 10th/12th Grade Complete
- Experience: Four years of experience as a lady searcher.
Age: Between 25-50
Place of Work: Enewari, Shashemene
