1. Driver I
Skill and Educational Background:
- Education: 12th /10th grade complete
- License: 3rd grade driving license
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years related work experience
Duty Station: Dire Dawa District
2. Branch Manager Grade I
Skill and Educational Background:
- Education: Minimum B.A. Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Banking and Finance
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years work experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a banking business or operation supervisory position
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coach, and coordinate the activities of the branch
- Motivate and coach customer service officers to deliver high-quality service
- Participate in the development, expansion, and management of customer and business relationships within the branch
- Identify and recruit potential customers
- Provide professional advice
Duty Station: Batu Branch
