Coordinated from the Netherlands, ZOA operates in multiple countries across Africa, South America, the Middle East, and Asia, employing approximately 900 staff worldwide and working with local partners.

Internship Details:
1. Fresh Graduate Intern
- Locations: Addis Ababa, Mekelle, Bahir Dar, Gambella
- Duration: Three months
- Hours: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Depending on your area of interest and competence, responsibilities may include:
- Agriculture: Assist in agricultural project development and implementation, conduct field research, support beneficiaries with innovative practices.
- Water Supply, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH): Participate in WASH project planning and execution, conduct community assessments, promote hygiene education and awareness.
- Peace-building: Support peace-building initiatives, engage with community leaders, assist in conflict resolution activities.
- Administration: Provide administrative support, manage documentation, assist in office operations.
- Procurement: Assist in procurement processes, manage vendor relations, ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Logistics: Support logistics planning, manage inventory, coordinate transportation of goods.
- Finance: Assist in financial operations, record and document financial transactions, support financial reporting.
- IT: Support IT infrastructure, assist in troubleshooting technical issues, help with software and hardware maintenance.
- Grant/Business Development: Support grant writing, fundraising, and business development initiatives through research, writing, and administrative tasks.
