6. Branch Manager III – IFB
Skill and Educational Background:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields with four (4)/six (6) years of related work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and regulations pertaining to Interest-Free Banking Operation is required.
Job Objective:
- Support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross-selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, and instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency within the Branch.
