1. Branch Manager III

Job Summary:

To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross-selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, and instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Four (4) years of relevant work experience for Master’s degree holders.
  • Six (6) years of relevant work experience for Bachelor’s degree holders.
  • One year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.

Location: City Branches

2. Branch Manager III – IFB (Interest Free Banking)

Job Purpose:

To assist the sustainable progress and profitability of the Bank by cross-promoting the Bank’s products, advertising new products, acquiring and retaining customers, and instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency within the Branch.

Required Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Shari’ah law and rules pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required.

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Four (4) years of relevant work experience for Master’s degree holders.
  • Six (6) years of relevant work experience for Bachelor’s degree holders.
  • One year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.

Place of Work: District Office in Addis Ababa

3. Legal Aid

Job Summary:

To safeguard the bank from emerging legal issues by directing the handling of non-loan litigation cases and appearing in courts and arbitration tribunals.

Skill and Educational Background:

  • LLB in Law and Legislation or related fields.
  • Three (3) years of relevant work experience.

Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
