Siket Bank is inviting qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following vacant posts.

1. Senior Compliance Officer

Skill and Educational Background:

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related business area.
  • Experience Requirement: 4 years of related experience.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office).

2. Senior Risk Management Officer

Skill and Educational Background:

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related business area.
  • Experience Requirement: 4 years of related experience.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office).

3. Senior Talent Acquisition Officer

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Minimum of BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related business area.
  • Experience Requirement: 4 years of related experience.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office).

4. Human Resource Reward Management Officer

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Minimum of BA degree from a recognized institution in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Project Management, Marketing Management, or a related area.
  • Experience Requirement: 3 years or above of related experience.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office).

5. Senior Talent Development Officer

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Minimum of BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related business area.
  • Experience Requirement: 4 years of related work experience.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office).

6. Auto Mechanic Officer

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Minimum of BSc degree from a recognized institution in Vehicle Engineering, Automotive Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related area.
  • Experience Requirement: Minimum of 2 years of related work experience. Vehicle allocation and maintenance expertise are preferable and considerable.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office).

Application Process:

Qualified applicants should present their application with non-returnable photocopies of their CV, education certificates supported by student copies, written experience from respective institutions or offices, and original certificate documents should be presented along with their copies for registration. Based on the applicant size, applicants having direct job experience and education will be selected for the exam. Direct job experience is preferable and considerable.
