Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, or related subjects.
- Knowledge of bank procedures.
- Confidence working with numbers.
- Confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Good organizational and decision-making abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing back office transactions.
- Preparing daily trade reports.
- Monitoring account transactions.
- Managing client accounts.
- Reconciling balances.
Technical & Other Skills:
- Proficient with computers.
- Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working independently and managing personal time, keeping deliverables and deadlines in mind.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong writing, phone, and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Trustworthy.
- Excellent arithmetic skills.
