Position: Monitor & Evaluation and Learning Coordinator
Location: Gambella, Ethiopia
Job Summary:
This role is to strengthen Plan’s Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) system of the LEGO Play Matters Project in support of programme development, learning and accountability (PALS) and quality improvements in Gambella. The coordinator ensures that program quality is reflected within the project cycle and that project implementation in Gambella is undertaken efficiently and effectively by ensuring all M&E requirements are in place and that cross-cutting issues of inclusion and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) are properly incorporated.
Skills and Educational Background:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in fields such as Social Science, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum five years relevant work experience.
- Knowledge: Practical knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies, including the development of log frames, result chains, theories of change, and assessment/evaluations.
- Additional Skills: Experience in digital data gathering and analysis package is a plus.
