Job Requirements:

Qualification and Skills:

  • BSc/BA or MSc/MA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

  • 2 years for BSc/BA
  • 0 years for MSc/MA

Skills:

  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher.
  • Time management skills.

Place of Work: Debeka Farm and Jimma

2. Purchaser

Skill and Educational Background:

Qualification and Skills:

  • Diploma/BA degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related fields.

Experience:

  • 5 years for Diploma
  • 3 years for BA

Skills:

  • Understanding of e-business/e-procurement systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher.
  • Knowledge of Ethiopian procurement statutes.
  • Ability to compile, review, categorize, prioritize, analyze, and interpret data/information.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management skills.

3. Sales Officer

Skill and Educational Background:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of work experience as a Sales Officer.

  • Proven sales experience.
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

4. Senior Internal Auditor

Skill and Educational Background:

Qualifications:

  • BA or MA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related fields.

Experience:

  • 3 years for MA
  • 5 years for BA

Skills:

  • Analytical skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • MS Office skills.
  • Organization and planning skills.
  • Time management skills.

5. Senior Stock and Cash Sales Officer

Skill and Educational Background:

Qualifications:

  • BA/MA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Marketing Management, and other business-related fields.

Experience:

  • 4 years of work experience with Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products.

Skills:

  • Competence in Microsoft software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Competence in stock analysis.

6. Surveyor

Skill and Educational Background:

Qualifications:

  • BSc or MSc in Surveying or related field of studies.

7. Event Planner and Marketing Coordinator

Skill and Educational Background:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3 years of direct experience.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in event planning and marketing coordination.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp, social media platforms).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing practices.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the specific industry sector.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
