YaYa PII SC is a Payment Instrument Issuer providing payment solutions through mobile wallet software systems. Established in 2022, YaYa PII SC is licensed in compliance with the Licensing and Authorization of Payment Instrument Issuers Directive No. ONPS/09/2023 issued by the National Bank of Ethiopia. Our technological solutions focus on iOS and Android smartphone applications to perform a range of financial operations.

Position: Junior HR & Admin Officer

Job Requirements:

  • Good potential to handle HR and Administrative functions.
  • Excellent skills in using Excel and Word.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Quick learner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist and facilitate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and placement services.
  • Assist in the performance management system and coordinate performance reviews.
  • Maintain and update all appropriate staff personnel files.
  • Administer the company’s vehicles, office supplies, equipment, and property.
  • Assist in managing procurement of goods and services.
  • Collect proforma and facilitate/conduct purchasing.
  • Ensure letters reach their correct destinations.
  • Facilitate the use of office equipment.
  • Assist the CEO and departments with archiving documents, both digital and hard copies, through scanning, copying, etc.
  • Prepare letters.
  • Follow up on the maintenance of office equipment.
  • Oversee office administration, including managing the janitor, security guards, office cleanliness, and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies.
  • Coordinate online meetings.
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure all necessary provisions are in place.
  • Assist with guest onboarding and transportation, if needed.
