Position 1: Office Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, COTM, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an office engineer.

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and provide support to construction projects.
- Review plans and specifications.
- Create and maintain project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and track costs and change orders.
Position 2: Contract Administrator
Qualifications:
- BSc degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in contract administration in construction.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation, negotiation, and execution of contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Manage contract documentation and records.
Position 3: Data Collector
Qualifications:
- Junior Civil Engineer.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Experience in construction is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Collect data for usage in databases and conduct related research.
- Complete daily meter data collection assignments accurately and timely.
Position 4: Site Foreman
Qualifications:
- Junior in Civil Engineering or at least 1 year of experience as a site foreman.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the superintendent with overseeing and management of onsite personnel and subcontractors.
- Supervise all features of construction projects from planning to implementation.
Position 5: Landscape Maintenance and Follow Section Head
Qualifications:
- MSc/BSc in Plant Science, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a supervisor or team leader.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Experience in the construction or related industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee landscaping maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, bed grooming, pruning, watering, fertilizing, blowing, weed control, and irrigation repair.
Position 6: Store Head
Qualifications:
- MSc/BSc in Logistics or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a store head or team leader.
- Thorough understanding of accounts, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively.
