The Ministry of Innovation and Technology (MiNT) is offering an exciting internship opportunity through the System Strengthening through Skills and Internship (SStSI) program. This initiative is designed to provide young graduates with valuable work experience and an opportunity to contribute to public service.

About SStSI:

System Strengthening through Skills and Internship (SStSI) is an internship program for young graduates, designed and implemented by The Talent Firm, commissioned by Target Business Consultants, and in collaboration with participating Federal Ministries. This program aims to provide young graduates with valuable work experience, mentorship from senior professionals, and a better understanding of the impact of public service.

  • An intensive 3-week job readiness and career-launching training.
  • A 12-month paid internship with a federal ministry to gain valuable work experience.
  • Professional development sessions, with performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring throughout the internship program.
  • Experience-sharing sessions with senior public service leaders.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the program, candidates must:

  • Be Ethiopian citizens.
  • Demonstrate a passion for public service.
  • Be fresh graduates from the year 2023/2015 or 2024/2016 E.C. from an accredited educational institution in an undergraduate program.
  • Have a CGPA of 3.0 and above.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
