Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Understanding of supply chain procedures.

- Proven experience in fleet management and planning.

2: Finished Goods Store Keeper
Qualifications:
- 1 year or more of related experience.
- Level IV/Diploma in Business-Related Fields.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Energetic and honest.
3: Purchasing Officer
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma degree in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in a related position.
- Experience in an FMCG manufacturing company is advantageous.
- Integrity and commitment.
- Ability to work with the team.
- Good communication skills.
4: Mechanical Technician
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Mechanical Engineering / TVET Level IV, or a related field from a recognized university.
- More than 3 years of experience in FMCG.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
5: Senior HR Officer
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or MA in Human Resource Management or a similar field.
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in human resources.
Job Duties:
- Facilitate the selection process, check references for newly hired staff, and follow through with the employment process for all recruitments.
- Conduct training impact assessment regularly and recommend corrective actions.
- Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and advise in accordance with existing rules and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of institutional development packages.
- Identify and recommend organizational change instruments.
- Simplify job analysis and update job descriptions.
- Involve in attendance and payroll management.
- Identify, develop, and promote tools and guidelines for institutional capacity building and best practices.
- Support or facilitate the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each employee and keep track of employee performance.
- Generate periodic reports about the performance of the division.
- Deliver high-quality work under deadline.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
