Position: Junior Auditor

Location: Addis Ababa

Job Description:

  • Work as part of the audit team of the company in performing daily audit tasks such as execution of various reviews, surprise and planned inventory and petty cash counts, inspection of branches’ operations.
  • Assist in conducting financial and operational audits to assess the company’s internal controls and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in reviewing and evaluating financial statements, reports, and records for accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Interact with various departments and stakeholders to gather necessary information for audit activities.

Skill and Educational Background

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0 – 1 years
  • Skills:
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tools
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
