Position: Maintenance Planner Manager
Duty Station: Debre Birhan, Amhara

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance planning or a related role, preferably in FMCG.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, methods, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with maintenance, production, and other departments to ensure maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
- Monitor and track the progress of maintenance activities to ensure compliance with schedules and plans.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment histories, and maintenance logs.
- Analyze maintenance data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out according to safety standards and regulations.
- Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
- Continuously improve maintenance planning and scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
