1. Customer Service & Cash Collection Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Job Description:

  • Safekeeping and updating customer files
  • Updating construction progress to customers
  • Requesting and following up on payments
  • Handling customer complaints

Skill and Educational Background:

  • MSc/BSc degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields
  • 10/12 years of proven experience in Quality Management, preferably in real estate, construction, or manufacturing industries
  • Practical knowledge of quality management system standards and methodologies
  • Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements for real estate, construction, and manufacturing industries
  • Professional certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, or Quality Management System
  • Good planning, organizing, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Ensure the highest standards of quality throughout all stages of operations
  • Develop and implement quality control processes
  • Establish quality assurance policies
  • Drive continuous improvement

Skill and Educational Background:
