1. Company Sales Representative (CSR)
Location: Adama and Hawassa
Job Description:
Job Purpose:
The CSR organizes and performs sales activities with the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow up on existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management, and providing customers with feedback.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, and other trade offerings.
- Provide historical data by maintaining records on area and customer sales and account information.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily planned and daily-achieved reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the department.
- Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages.
- Focus sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of customers.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Diploma/TVET Level III/BA Degree in Marketing Management and Sales, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or any other related field of study.
- Experience: 4 years of experience for Diploma/TVET Level III and 2 years of experience for BA Degree in sales activities. Proven experience in FMCG is advantageous.
