Efoy Nanny and Housekeeping Training Center Vacancy Announcement

Efoy Nanny and Housekeeping Training Center is dedicated to ensuring that children are raised with love and care by trained nannies in households, daycare centers, orphanages, and schools. We aim to provide standard training for women seeking employment, returnees from Gulf countries, immigrants, and untrained nannies. Our trained nannies will be professional, gain employment opportunities, support their families, and provide peace of mind to working parents.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team and uphold our commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Position: Customer Service & Call Operator

Location: Addis Ababa

Applicants Needed: Female

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and resolve issues.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using customer service tools.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Inquiries: Manage incoming customer inquiries and issues through multiple channels, including phone, email, and text.
  • Information & Guidance: Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding services and general inquiries.
  • Customer Concerns: Proactively identify and address customer concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive customer support.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
