Job Summary:

The Senior Retail and Diaspora Business Officer – IFB is responsible for driving retail and diaspora business growth by implementing strategies, designing and executing marketing campaigns, and monitoring business performance. The role also involves cross-selling bank products and services and supporting the provision of excellent customer service to IFB retail and diaspora customers.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Academic & Professional Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, Banking, Finance, or other related fields.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.

2. Product Development Specialist – Corporate Banking

Job Summary:

The Product Development Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, pricing, and launching new products and services for the Bank. The role also involves ensuring all new services and products are technically and commercially feasible and reviewing new products to meet customer needs and benefit and grow the Bank.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Academic & Professional Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing Management, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience:
  • At least six (6) years post-qualification experience in a similar role, preferably in banking or a service-oriented organization.
