Educational Background:

  • Any bachelor’s degree.

Required Skills:

  • Good interactive and communication skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Answer inquiries, provide detailed information about products and services, and effectively handle orders and transactions.
  • Follow prescribed scripts and ensure consistent and accurate information delivery to customers through calls.
  • Nurture customer relationships by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional post-sales support.
  • Provide valuable insights to supervisors and contribute to continuously improving products, services, and sales strategies.

2. Accountant

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Applicants Needed: Female

Educational Background:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Over 3 years of experience in accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Record and reconcile financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
  • Assist in auditing financial processes and documentation.
  • Maintain organized financial records and files.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry.
  • Run the daily administrative operations of the company.
