1. Branch Manager – Class II Branch

Location: Assosa Branch – Assosa Town

Job Summary:

  • Plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office.
  • Ensure adherence to operating procedures, rules, regulations, and codes of practice.
  • Lead branch sales and customer service initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit annual budgets, operational plans, and progress reports.

Skill and Educational Background:

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management & Business Administration.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the banking sector, with three (3) years in a supervisory position.

2. Principal – Digital Partners Relationship Management Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Job Summary:

  • Coordinate digital partners Relationship Management.
  • Handle relationships with corporate billers, online merchants, fintech, etc.
  • Manage digital integration activities within the Bank.
  • Source and implement digital/ecosystem partnership opportunities.

Skill and Educational Background:

  • BA Degree in Management, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, MIS, E-Commerce, Economics or related field.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years relevant experience in the banking industry.

Skill and Educational Background:

  • BA Degree in Accounting and Finance.
  • Minimum of six (6) years work experience.

5. Telephone Technician

Location: Addis Ababa

Job Summary:

  • Establish communication systems by installing, operating, and maintaining voice and data telecommunications network circuits and equipment.
  • Prepare technical specifications and evaluate bid documents for all telephone facilities and equipment.

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Diploma in Electronics Technician or related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a telephone technician, preferably in the banking sector.
