Position: Branch Manager (V. No HO/00524/24)
Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the banking activities of a branch office. The role ensures adherence to the bank’s operating procedures, rules, regulations, and code of practices by subordinates. The jobholder leads branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. Additionally, the manager prepares and submits the annual budget, operational plan, and activity and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Education: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics.
- Experience: Minimum of nine (9) years of relevant banking experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- As per the Bank’s Salary Scale & Benefits Package.
