Position Description:

Title: Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

  • Female fresh graduates of 2022/23.
  • BA Degree in any field of study (Business and Marketing preferred).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Telemarketing experience (experience from MMCY or CCI preferred).

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about study abroad opportunities and answer inquiries.
  • Consultation: Assist clients in understanding the application process, requirements, and timelines for studying abroad.
  • Telemarketing: Conduct telemarketing activities to reach out to potential clients, providing them with relevant information and encouraging them to use AIM Ultra’s services.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure they are progressing through their application process smoothly.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Support Services: Provide additional support as needed to ensure clients have a seamless experience.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Telemarketing: Experience in telemarketing, particularly from MMCY or CCI, is preferred.
  • Customer Service: Ability to provide high-quality customer service, addressing client needs and resolving issues effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve problems to support client needs.
