Requirements:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing management or senior marketing specialist role, preferably within an advertising or creative agency.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with marketing software and design tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling, on-brand marketing collateral.
