1. Senior (IFB) Resource Mobilization & Branch Follow-Up Officer

Job Summary:

The role involves enhancing the mobilization of deposits in collaboration with districts/branches, increasing efforts to source new and maintain existing depositors by developing strong relationships, and engaging in personal selling.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enhance mobilization of deposits in collaboration with districts/branches.
• Increase efforts for sourcing new and maintaining existing depositors.
• Develop strong relationships and engage in personal selling.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Degree: Bachelor’s in Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: Four (4) years of relevant work experience.
• Place of Work: Head Office
• Salary: As per the bank’s salary scale and attractive benefits package.

2. Property Assessor-III

Job Summary:

The role supports effective credit decision-making in the bank by ensuring true and accurate valuation of properties pledged for collateral and foreclosure, governed by internal valuation guidelines

Skill and Educational Background:

• Degree: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Two (2) years of relevant work experience.
• Place of Work: Mekelle District Office
