Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily shop operations.

- Oversee inventory management and cash handling.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
- Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
- Provide regular performance feedback to staff and conduct performance appraisals.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Collaborate with senior management to optimize store performance.
Requirements:
- Degree in any field of study.
- 1-2 years of working experience.
- Retail management experience, preferably in footwear.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to set goals, delegate tasks, and hold your team accountable.
- Passion for customer service and exceeding expectations.
- Proficiency in inventory management and cash handling.
