The Junior People Officer supports the People Business Partner in addressing employee needs throughout the employment cycle. Responsibilities include facilitating induction for new employees, providing administrative support, ensuring employee upskilling on HR systems, managing benefits enrollment and updates, and assisting with offboarding processes. The Junior People Officer also plays a key role in maintaining HR data accuracy for payroll processing and record-keeping purposes. Additionally, they provide support on HR-related issues such as grievances, employee engagement, and development initiatives.
